# Sprigwork > Sprigwork is a desktop app (in development, waitlist open) whose AI teammates, called Sprigs, make a founder's web app faster, safer and privacy-ready, and ship the fixes into the code only after the founder approves each change. ## What it does - Speed: finds heavy images, slow scripts and unused code, then makes pages load faster. - Security: finds exposed keys, weak database rules, missing security headers and risky packages, then patches them. - Privacy: checks what data an app collects, cookies and consent, then drafts fixes and policy wording. It is not legal advice. ## The crew (the First Grove) Sprig (coordinator) leads thirteen specialists: Quill (research), Root (SEO), Hue (design), Chirp (social), Scout (leads), Clover (outreach), Moss (analytics), Sage (strategy), Pip (app stores), Flick (video), Petal (email), Ember (ads) and Fern (reputation). Every Sprig shares the first skill set above and brings each fix to the founder for approval. ## How it works 1. The founder connects a local project folder and its live URL. The app runs on the founder's computer; code is never uploaded to Sprigwork's servers. 2. Open-source scanners find real problems first; an AI model the founder chooses (their own API key, including open-source models) explains each one and drafts the fix. 3. The founder approves, edits or rejects each change. 4. Sprigs apply approved changes, rebuild, run the tests and scan again. ## Proposed pricing (USD, confirmed before launch) - Free: $0. One app, scans and plain-English reports, no fixes. - Solo: $24.99/month or $249/year. One app, fixes with approval. - Studio: $44.99/month or $449/year. Up to five apps, scheduled check-ups, marketing Sprigs as they launch. - The first 300 founding members get 50% off their first year. Later sign-ups join the Seed Orbit queue; unclaimed founding spots pass to it 7 days after launch. - AI provider usage is paid by the user directly. ## Try it - Free glass check: enter a public URL on the home page to see real speed (Google PageSpeed), security-header and tracker/consent signals. - Waitlist: the Seed Vault section of the home page.
